摘要

Abstract

NdBaCo2-xCuxO5+δ(NBC2-xCxO,x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5)was prepared using the EDTA-citric complexing method.The phase and microstructure of the series of materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was further measured.The thermal expansion coefficient(TEC)of NBC2-xCxO decreased with increasing Cu content,and the introduction of Cu was beneficial for the release of lattice oxygen.The area conductivity of the oxygen ions transfer from the three-phase interface to the electrolyte and the area conductivity of the electron charge transfer were enhanced by the increased oxygen vacancy concentration.NBC1.9C0.1O exhibited the greatest electrochemical performance,with polarization resistances was decreased from 0.26 Ω·cm2 at 700 ℃ to 0.086 Ω·cm2 at 800℃.
