Evaluation of Rural Spatial Commodification in Hefei City Based on the DPSIR Model

Abstract
In the context of rural revitalization,systematically assessing the level of rural spatial commodification holds significant importance for agricultural and rural development,as well as urban-rural coordination.This paper uses Hefei City as a case study area,employing spatial analysis to investigate the characteristics and patterns of its rural spatial commodification development.The DPSIR model is introduced to construct an evaluation index system for rural spatial commodification from five aspects:driving force,pressure,state,impact,and response.It is found that the overall state of rural spatial commodification in Hefei is clustered,with two main types of clusters:one is a point cluster around the downtown area driven by socio-economic factors,and the other is a point cluster along Chaohu Lake influenced by natural elements.The level of rural spatial commodification development,its actual characteristics,and issues vary significantly across different county-level administrative regions.Among them,Fei-dong County has a high and balanced level of development,while Chaohu City(a county-level city)still has substan-tial room for improvement.Finally,the paper proposes strategies to promote the balanced and scientific development of rural spatial commodification in Hefei City.关键词
