新时代高校纪检监察工作高质量发展路径研究
Research on the High-quality Development Path of Discipline Inspection and Supervision Work in Colleges and Universities in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
The arrival of the new era has brought new challenges and opportunities to the discipline inspection and supervision work in colleges and universities.This paper expounds the new situation,existing problems and current situation of discipline inspection and supervision work in colleges and universities.Its responsibility orientation is not clear enough,the innovation of supervision mode is lacking,the coverage of supervision content is incomplete and the performance effect needs to be improved.It also deeply analyzes the complex environment of discipline inspection and supervision work and the causes of its shortcomings in the process of performing its duties,and puts forward a series of targeted suggestions to improve the effectiveness of discipline inspection and supervision work,including optimizing the discipline inspection and supervision mechanism and clarifying the responsibility orientation.Innovate the means of supervision and enhance the effectiveness of supervision;enrich the supervision work force and fully cover the supervision field;update the concept of supervision and improve the quality of supervision.Through these measures,the discipline inspection and supervision work in colleges and universities can better adapt to the requirements of the new era and provide a strong guarantee for the healthy development of higher education.It can also promote the comprehensive and strict administration of the party in colleges and universities to develop in depth and create a clean and upright campus political ecology.关键词
