ABC-BP模型构建及其在煤层含气量预测中的优选应用
Construction of ABC-BP Model and Its Optimal Application in Gas Content Prediction of Coal Seams

Abstract
Based on traditional drilling technology and physical exploration technology,this paper innovatively pro-posed a prediction method on the ABC-BP model and optimal"geochemical indexes+seismic attributes".The method focuses on the coal-bearing rock system of Late Carboniferous Taiyuan Formation in HN-1 well of Huainan coalfield,and extracts key parameters through preferred combinations and joint analyses,and optimizes the BP neural network by artificial bee colony algorithm to construct a robust prediction model and accurately predict the gas content of the coal rock.In order to improve the accuracy,the concept of Stacking method is borrowed to fuse the two prediction results and then predict.The results show that the method has high prediction accuracy and good applicability,and can be effectively applied to the prediction of gas content in coal beds.关键词
