晶粒尺寸对黄铜夏比冲击性能的影响
Effect of Grain Size on Charpy Impact Properties of Brass
摘要
Abstract
Brass samples with different crystal structures were prepared by multi-directional hot forging and annea-ling processes,and relevant impact absorption energy data were obtained by conducting charpy impact tests on them.The results indicate that when the grain size of brass samples is around 0.07,2.00,32.50 μm,the corre-sponding impact absorption energies are 3.37,5.25,6.83 J.After multi-directional hot forging treatment,a large number of dislocations will be introduced into the interior of brass material,and plug deposits will occur inside the grains and near the grain boundaries.Brass will undergo hardening and is more prone to cracking when subjected to external loads.The grain size distribution of brass material treated with multi-directional hot forging and+500℃is uniform.Under an external load,the fracture surface of this impact specimen is mainly ductile fracture,with a large number of toughness dimples inside,which performs the best in impact testing.关键词
