摘要

Abstract

The tail cylinder is an important part of the heavy gas turbine.Based on the in-depth analysis of the tail cylinder structure and material of an F-class heavy gas turbine,this paper applies the advanced scanning electron microscopy energy spectral analysis technology,which can accurately obtain the composition information of the main elements of the tail cylinder matrix and the thermal barrier coating(TBC).This study can not only carry out an ex-haustive microscopic analysis of the causes of tail tube crack,but also reveal the microstructural changes of tail tube material in high temperature working environment.After thorough analysis and research,it is determined that the main cause of this gas turbine tail tube is thermal fatigue crack.The formation of thermal fatigue cracks is closely related to the temperature changes experienced by the tail tube during the operation.This temperature fluctuation leads to the stress concentration inside the material,then leading to the generation and expansion of cracks.
