城市老旧小区绿地景观活力评价研究
Study on the Evaluation on the Vitality of Green Space Landscape in Old Urban Residential Areas:A Case of Xuhui District,Shanghai

Abstract
Residential green space is the focus for the renovation of old residential areas.This paper took Xuhui District of Shanghai as the research object.Combining with field survey,it analyzed the status quo of green landscape vitality of old residential areas,selected 21 index factors to establish an vitality evaluation system for the green landscape in old residential areas with AHP method,and explored the factors influencing the vitality of the green landscape in old residential areas.The results show that the weight of use activity is the highest in the criterion layer.The diversity of use behavior,the length and frequency of use,and the number of users are the most important factors that influence the vitality of the green landscape in old residential areas.In order to enhance the attractiveness of the green landscape in old residential areas and to stimulate the vitality of the living environment,an upgrading strategy is proposed,which contributes to the theoretical reference for the renovation of the green space in old urban residential areas in our country.关键词
