基于RF的光伏逆变器IGBT开路故障诊断
RF-Based IGBT Open Circuit Fault Diagnosis of PV Inverter
摘要
Abstract
In order to diagnose double-tube open-circuit faults of insulated gate bipolar transistors in neutral point clamped three-level inverters,a novel fault signal combination has been designed.This combination includes the three-phase currents at the output of the inverter,the three-phase currents after the concordia transformation,active power,and reactive power.The combination is then used in conjunction with a machine learning algorithm to clas-sify and recognize the faults.Initially,the Simulink environment within the Matlab framework is utilized to con-struct the simulation model and engineer the fault module.Subsequently,the requisite fault signal data at the in-verter′s output are collected.Finally,the data undergoes training and testing via machine learning.The results of the simulation experiments demonstrate that the RF classifier exhibits superior accuracy,enhanced stability and augmented robustness in comparison to the DT,KNN and LightGBM classifiers.关键词
