Abstract
At present,unprecedented changes in the world are accelerating,and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has entered a critical period.The importance of global supply chains is becoming increasingly prominent.Influenced by profound restructuring of the international landscape and revolutionary advancements in new technologies,the dynamics,functions,systems,structures,governance,and costs of supply chains are undergoing profound changes,posing comprehensive challenges to China's national security,international living space,and high-quality development.This requires us to adopt a holistic perspective,proactively recognize,adapt to,and lead these changes,elevate the strategic level of national supply chains,respond systematically,and accelerate the construction of a strong supply chain nation.With the strategic objectives of"high security and controllability,high-quality development,and high-level international cooperation",we must strengthen risk prevention,enhance resilience and emergency capabilities,and comprehensively improve the security level of supply chains.We will refine the system,optimize the structure,and elevate the competitiveness of supply chains in all aspects to shape new advantages in industrial competition.Additionally,we will foster consensus,deepen cooperation,and make every effort to safeguard the security,stability,and openness of global supply chains.关键词
