全面深化改革背景下高校基层党建与学科建设双融双促探索与思考
The exploration and reflection of fusion and promotion of Party construction and discipline construction in universities

Abstract
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee made the decision to further comprehensively deepen reform and promote Chinese-style modernization,which put forward new tasks and new requirements for deepening the reform of the Party's building system and the comprehensive reform of education.The dual integration and promotion of party building and discipline building at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities is not only an important way to improve the effectiveness of party building in the new era,but also an inevitable requirement to lead the high-quality development of higher education with first-class discipline construction.Although there are different construction tasks and construction methods,the goal of the party building and the discipline building at the grassroots level in colleges and universities is highly unified.The Party building can effectively lead the discipline construction and the discipline construction can effectively promote the party building.In recent years,fully relying on the professional characteristics of the discipline,taking the Party's overall leadership over the discipline as the fundamental principle and taking accelerating the construction of first-class disciplines as the central goal,the College of Horticulture of Hunan Agricultural University gives full play to the advantages of the Party's political,organizational and party management talent resources,and makes efforts in exploring the working mechanism of Party building,organizational construction mode,and talent team construction reform so as to effectively construct the practice path of mutual integration and mutual promotion of high-quality party building and high-level discipline construction.It reveals that in the new era and new journey,we should take the steady thought to steer,carefully plan ideas,and improve the mechanism and system as the starting point,and promote the"one integration and two heights"of Party building and discipline construction with reform and innovative thinking.关键词
