Abstract
Overseas high-level young talents,as a high-level knowledge-based group with the most innovative and entrepreneurial vitality and development potential,are the mainstay of the development of various undertakings in China and the core target of global talent competition.In order to cope with the challenges of intensified international talent competition,innovatively coupling entropy weight method and grey relational analysis technology this paperconstructs a two-dimensional evaluation model,and systematically analyzes the driving factors of the introduction of high-level young talents from 1994 to 2018.The results show that the factors influencing the introduction of overseas high-level young talents are complex and changeable,which are the result of the joint action of economic,political,cultural and social factors,among which working environment,political environment and economic development are the main influencing factors.In this regard,we should strengthen the economic environment,improve the political environment,improve the social environment,protect the natural environment,create the cultural environment,create the organizational environment and other combination strategies to systematically enhance our country's strategic position in the global competition for young talents.关键词
