我国应用型本科高校产教融合建设
Integration of production and education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges in China:Based on the study of University of Applied Science and Technology in Germany

Abstract
Under the general trend of a new round of scientific and technological and industrial revolution,new technologies,new forms of business and new industries continue to develop,and application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities are facing the situation that talent training is out of line with the needs of industrial development.This not only requires universities and enterprises to realize docking,but also needs to establish a new model,new system and new mechanism of organic coupling and interest sharing.The outstanding characteristics of the integration of industry and education in the German University of Applied Science and Technology are strong industry dominance,close integration of industry and education,outstanding talent training practice,and supporting systematic quality assurance measures and solid and powerful legal protection.Drawing on the experience of Germany,domestic application-oriented undergraduate universities need to further improve the integration of production and education.First,our domestic application-oriented undergraduate universities should improve the system and regulations of the integration of production and education based on the national policies,continue to promote the pilot construction of the integration of production and education,stimulate the participation of industry enterprises,so as to promote the high-quality development of the integration of production and education.Secondly,our domestic application-oriented undergraduate universities should further optimize theirmajor setting according to the new quality productivity and regional economic and social development,give full play to the main role of industry enterprises,and build a community of integrated interests of industry and education.Thirdly,our domestic application-oriented undergraduate universities should explore the dual system,smart learning factory and other new models of integration of production and education.Forthly,our domestic application-oriented undergraduate universities should build multiple evaluation subjects of schools,industries,enterprises,students and government departments,and improve the evaluation index system of the integration of production and education.关键词
