基于锚桩反力法的大直径PHC管桩承载特性研究
Bearing characteristics of large-diameter PHC pipe piles based on anchor pile-cap reaction method

Abstract
[Purposes]This paper aims to investigate the bearing characteristics of large-diameter prestressed high-strength concrete(PHC)pipe piles within the Binhai South Grand Bridge area of the Tianjin-Weifang High-Speed Railway and compare the disparities between the anchor pile-cap reaction method and conventional test methods in the exploration of the bearing characteristics of such large-diameter PHC pipe piles,so as to furnish valuable references for engineering design and construction practices.[Methods]A static load test was conducted on large-diameter PHC pipe piles by employing the anchor pile-cap reaction method.Concurrently,numerical simulation analysis was carried out using the Plaxis finite element software.[Findings]The load-displacement(Q-s)curve of the top of test pile TP1 exhibits linear-elastic growth in the initial phase during the static load test,followed by a sharp increase in the later stage.The ultimate bearing capacity of this pile is determined to be 10 200 kN,which amounts to approximately 2.58 times the characteristic value of the bearing capacity.The numerical simulations provide insights into the variation patterns of settlement amounts under diverse test methods.In the numerical simulation tests,the distribution of axial forces along the pile body varies with depth,and the axial forces along the pile body exhibit differences when different test methods are implemented.The vertical displacement nephogram derived from the anchor pile-cap reaction method effectively illustrate the interaction among test piles,anchor piles,and soil layers.Moreover,different distances between pile centers exert a discernible influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of test piles.[Conclusions]The anchor pile-cap reaction method,while possessing multiple advantages,has its limitations.The presence of anchor piles is found to have an impact on the detection of the bearing capacity of test piles;however,this influence becomes negligible when the distance between pile centers reaches 6D(D is the diameter of the pile).Additionally,the bearing capacity of large-diameter PHC pipe piles calculated in accordance with standard specifications tends to be on the conservative side.Overall,the research findings provide crucial references in the design and construction of pile foundations for railway bridge engineering projects.关键词
