Automatic shape profiling polishing equipment for working surface of steel formwork of precast box girder
摘要
Abstract
[Purposes]The forming quality of precast box girders is closely related to the working surface roughness of steel formwork.Therefore,the working surface of steel formwork needs to be polished before concrete pouring.The manual polishing method has some problems,such as low efficiency,quality inconsistency,and health challenges,making it necessary to adopt a kind of mechanical equipment to realize efficient,high-quality,and damage-free polishing of the complex working surface of steel formwork.[Methods]An automatic shape profiling polishing method for the working surface of the steel formwork of the precast box girder was proposed.An automatic shape profiling polishing equipment was developed.Polishing tests of the working surface of the steel formwork were conducted,with impurity removal,surface roughness,and damage as evaluation criteria.The influence of the material,brush mark width,and the rotational speed of the polishing roller on the polishing quality was revealed.[Findings]By using the multi-segment fitting shape profiling polishing method proposed in this paper,the polishing process is guaranteed to be free of blind zones.The polishing mechanism automatically adjusts the polishing force through the servo-controlled flexible power head,which realizes the constant polishing force and ensures stable polishing quality.The brush wire of the steel wire polishing roller can always keep in contact with the polishing surface,which will not damage the polishing surface while maintaining the appropriate polishing force,and it can better polish the complex working surface of the steel formwork without damage.When the brush mark width is 15 mm,the polishing roller can completely remove all kinds of impurities on the working surface of the steel formwork.When the rotational speed of the polishing roller is 2 000 rpm,the roughness of the polished working surface of the steel formwork is smaller than that at a rotational speed of 1 000 rpm and 3 000 rpm.[Conclusions]The working surface of the steel formwork of precast box girders can be efficiently and effectively polished using the developed automatic shape profiling polishing equipment with optimized polishing parameters.关键词
