分段解锁下高速铁路车站到发线运用方案调整研究
Train platform scheme rescheduling in high-speed railway station with route-lock sectional-release mechanism

Abstract
Train arrival-departure arrangements are bustling in high-speed railway stations,and rescheduling train platform scheme timely can help reduce train delays when train operation is disturbed.First,the process of train occupancy of infrastructure resources in station was described in detail with track circuit as the granularity.Second,a mixed-integer linear programming model was proposed with the objectives of minimizing the train delay and the deviation of rescheduling platform scheme from the original plan by considering platforms,routes and arrival-departure time coordinately.The multi-objective programming model was transformed into a single-objective programming model by the epsilon-constraint method that is easier to solve.Numerical experiments were conducted by the Bengbu South Station with various types of disturbance scenarios including segment delay,platforms malfunction,and combined disturbance.GUROBI was used to obtain the multi-objective Pareto front.The results show that a scientific and reasonable re-platforming scheme can be formulated within 2 seconds for all scenarios,satisfying the timeliness requirements of rescheduling.The constructed model can effectively reduce delays by approximately 60%across various disturbance scenarios while maintaining station operation order stability.Specifically,it can achieve a delay reduction of over 76%for platform failure scenarios.Further discussions on the impact of different interlocking mechanisms and rescheduling strategies on train delay recovery indicate that route-lock sectional-release performs better than route-lock route-release in terms of total delay time and delay propagation control.Additionally,adopting strategies such as changing dwell times and flexible utilization of platforms can further reduce delays by approximately 10%.The constructed method has promising application value and operability,providing methodological support for the refined rescheduling of train arrival and departure operations in stations.关键词
