Research on the Revitalization and Utilization of Historical and Cultural Blocks for Implementation:Taking Changhua Street in Guangzhou as An Example

Abstract
The historic and cultural block is an important material carrier of a city's history and culture,and its activation and utilization has an important significance for balancing the protection and development.In view of the implementation difficulties in current activation and utilization practices,this paper,based on the practice of Changhua Street,employs research methods such as case analysis,comparative study,systematic analysis,and participatory design to propose the construction of an integrated management framework of"protection-design-operation",emphasizing meticulous design and adaptive development.Through dynamic inheritance and community co-construction,as well as institutional innovation and smart empowerment,a sustainable implementation path is ultimately formed.This paper provides a certain practical experience foundation for balancing the protection and development of historic and cultural blocks,and for promoting the organic unity of urban cultural heritage inheritance and the improvement of the people's livelihood.关键词
