Abstract

The model predictive current control of permanent magnet synchronous motor requires an accurate motor parameter model to predict future currents in order to achieve optimal control.However,the inductance parameters of permanent magnet synchronous motors are easily affected by factors such as magnetic field saturation,leading to large prediction current errors,high control current ripple,and poor stability.Therefore,a permanent magnet synchronous motor model predictive current control strategy based on parameter adaptive feedback correction was proposed.The interior permanent magnet synchronous generator was taken as an example.First,based on the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous generator in the synchronous rotary coordinate,the mathematical model of the prediction error between the d-q axis inductance parameter deviation and the predicted current error was derived.Then,the influence of the d-q axis inductance parameter deviation of the permanent magnet motor on the current prediction error was discussed in detail.Next,based on the established prediction error mathematical model,the recursive least squares method was used to identify the inductance parameters deviation online.Finally,to overcome the limited accuracy of inductance parameters deviation using open-loop correction method,a closed-loop correction mechanism was designed to provide feedback correction of inductance parameters deviation based on current prediction error.Compared with open-loop prediction using other parameter identification methods,this method greatly improved the accuracy of current prediction by online closed-loop correction of motor inductance parameters deviation,thereby enhancing the control robustness and accuracy.The simulation and experimental results show that this strategy can completely eliminate the influence of predicted current errors,verifying the practicality and correctness of the proposed method.The research results provide a reference for further optimizing and improving the predictive current control method performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
