Abstract
In the current era of rapid changes in both internal and external environmental conditions,social,economic,and political changes may have a stronger and more lasting impact on historical neighborhoods.The dynamic response,active adaptation,and self-directed learning advocated by the resilience theory are in line with the trend of research on the protection and development of historical streets.However,currently,the research on the resilience of historical streets in China is still in its early stages,and a small amount of the existing research mainly focuses on the application of resilience theory in disaster resistance and reduction in historical streets.This paper takes Shantang Historical Block as an example,identifies its vulnerability risks from a resilience perspective,and then proposes the protection and development strategies from three aspects of self-control,self-organization,and adaptive improvement.It aims to improve the ability of the historical blocks to respond to internal and external changes,and to achieve their healthy and sustainable development.关键词
