基于复杂网络的工程项目组织脆弱性传递机制研究
Research on organizational vulnerability transfer mechanism of engineering projects based on complex networks

Abstract
This paper aimed to systematically identify organizational vulnerability factors that threaten the safety of engineering projects,reveal the complex transmission patterns of these vulnerabilities within project organizations,and ultimately disrupt their transmission pathways to enhance project safety performance.Based on publicly disclosed accident investigation reports from China's construction sector from 2013 to 2023,this study first employed BERTopic-based topic modeling techniques and expert interviews to systematically identify the overall vulnerability characteristics of engineering project organizations.Second,a dual-layer network model of organizational vulnerability was developed by constructing a supra-adjacency matrix that integrates project organizations with vulnerability factors.Finally,based on this model,the study analyzed network density,node degree,PageRank,and edge weight to identify the key transmission directions,paths,and strengths of organizational vulnerabilities within engineering projects.The results indicate that in terms of factor identification,the vulnerability of engineering project organizations is primarily composed of 25 factors,including inadequate critical governance,lack of risk insight,and weak organizational planning capabilities.Regarding the distribution of vulnerabilities,the general contractor has the most vulnerability factors,followed by subcontractor,supervision,owner,design,and survey units.Regarding vulnerability transmission,the general contractor,owner,and supervision play key roles.The vulnerability transmission processes initiated by supervision and owner are particularly significant.In terms of vulnerability management,the lack of risk insight,absence of organizational safety responsibilities,and insufficient risk mitigation capabilities are critical factors driving vulnerability transmission and require urgent attention and control.The findings not only theoretically reveal the mechanisms of vulnerability transmission in engineering project organizations but also provide important intervention targets for precisely mitigating organizational vulnerability in practice.关键词
