Review on the Research on Energy-Saving Renovation of the Existing Buildings:Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace

Abstract

With the rapid social development,the contradiction between old and new buildings has become more and more prominent.In order to rationally utilize the existing building resources and to promote the development of green buildings,the renovation of the existing buildings has gradually become an important research topic in the architectural design industry.This paper conducts a visual analysis on the high-quality literature on the renovation of the existing buildings in the CNKI database in the past 30 years by means of CiteSpace software.It is found that the research results related to the energy-saving renovation of the existing buildings are abundant,and the amount of literature published shows an increasing tendency with colleges,universities and research institutes as the main research institutions,but among which,the links are weak.The authors of the articles and the research institutions have the characteristics of low concentration and high dispersion,with weak interdisciplinary cooperation.There is no in-depth cross-disciplinary research.The hot spots of the research are mainly concentrated in the field of"renovation technology"for the residential buildings and public buildings.There is rare research on the energy-saving renovation of industrial buildings.The research trend tends to be involved with intelligent energy-saving renovation,environment and economic feasibility analysis,and so on.
