城市更新背景下老旧小区适老化改造研究
Research on Aging Transformation of Old Residential Areas under the Background of Urban Renewal:A Case of Zhanyuemen Community in Yuhu District,Xiangtan City
摘要
Abstract
The paper selects the old urban communities as the research object,and focuses on the problems of aging transformation.Taking Xiangtan Zhanyuemen Community as an empirical case,combining with the evaluation standards and the cutting-edge research results of the elderly care buildings at home and abroad,the paper puts forward the aging transformation strategies for this community from the perspective of the site environment,the building monomer and other dimensions,aiming to providing practical references for the transformation of the old communities in Xiangtan City and its surrounding areas.关键词
