The Technical Practice of Shanghai Construction Project Planning and Implementation Platform:A Case of Nanda Area in Baoshan District

Abstract
The management of the construction project planning implementation platform is an innovative planning and implementation mechanism developed by Shanghai based on the city's practical experience in planning and construction management.This paper explores its main technical working methods and content.Taking Baoshan Nanda area as an example,the paper analyzes the key challenges faced in its development and construction technical work,and summarizes how to use a comprehensive set of technical methods to address the issues at different stages of planning formulation and construction implementation.It provides references and insights for the technical work of subsequent management of the planning and implementation platform.关键词
