农房功能设施对住房满意度影响研究
Study on the Impact of Functional Facilities of Farmhouses on Housing Satisfaction:A Case of Three Counties in Northern Shanxi

Abstract
This paper studies the infrastructure,kitchen and bathroom facilities,and heating facilities in the sample counties in northern Shanxi,and conducts regression analysis with the ordered probit model to explore the impact of the functional facilities of farmhouses on the housing satisfaction of rural residents.The results of the study show that the functional facilities of farmhouses significantly affect the housing satisfaction,and the regional natural conditions and economic development affect the villagers'usage habits.In addition,there are differences in the housing needs and expectations of farmers with different characteristics.To promote the comprehensive development of the functional facilities of farmhouses,it is necessary to comprehensively consider a variety of influencing factors to optimize and enhance the living environment of rural residents.关键词
