Abstract
Complex anal fistula remains a challenging condition in coloproctology,where inappropriate management may lead to severe complications.Despite introducing targeted novel techniques in clinical practice,no consensus exists for its diagnosis and treatment.Surgeon expertise may significantly influence therapeutic outcomes.This article reviews recent lit-erature and integrates clinical experience to summarize preoperative evaluation,surgical principles and techniques,and conservative management strategies for complex anal fistula.关键词
