Abstract
With data becoming a factor of production,data circulation and utilization facilities occupy an important position in the national data infrastructure.This paper first analyzes the development status of key technologies for data circulation and utilization,such as privacy-preserving computing,usage control,and trust guarantee,and emphasizes the application of these technologies in data circulation.Then,it conducts research on the main characteristics and construction paths of data circulation and utilization facilities such as trusted data spaces,data field,data components,internets of data,blockchain networks,and privacy-preserving computing public service platforms.Finally,it explores the development challenges and future trends of circulation and utilization facilities,hoping to provide reference for better stimulating the vitality of the data circulation industry.关键词
