摘要
Abstract
Data has become a critical production factor alongside land,labor,capital,and technology.Data assetization serves as the core driver for the rapid development of the data element market.As market entities,enterprises need to activate the potential of data elements and establish a long-term mechanism for releasing data value through innovative practices in data rights confirmation,value measurement,and compliant circulation.This paper first clarifies the policy requirements for data assetization,distinguishes related concepts,and defines its scope.Then,it constructs the core pathways and key phases of enterprise data assetization by integrating policy and practical dimensions.Finally,it provides prospects and recommendations for future development of enterprise data assetization.关键词
