Abstract
In view of the complex business links of the new power system,the large amount of private information involved in power data,the difficulty of heterogeneous data sharing,and the increasingly severe security situation in cyberspace,this paper takes the current laws,regulations and standards as the ground.It focuses on the basic commonality,circulation rules,computing power and efficiency,data application and privacy security of electric data elements.For key infrastructure,data participants,data managers and other compliance management objects,the power data element compliance management obligations are proposed,and a standard system of power data element compliance management is initially established.关键词
