A method for identifying thermal conductivity of materials based on Tikhonov regularization

Abstract
The measurement error of temperature has a great influence on the solution results of the inverse heat conduction problems.Therefore,combined with the finite element analysis software Abaqus,the Tikhonov regularization is introduced into the traditional gradient method for identifying thermal physical parameters,and a method for identifying the thermal conductivity of materials is established based on the temperature of the measurement points on the surface of the specimen model.The core idea of the method is to reduce the influence of the temperature measurement errors of the measurement points on the final identification results of thermal conductivity through Tikhonov regularization.By changing the initial guess values of thermal conductivity and adding random measurement errors on the temperature of the measurement point,their effects on the identified thermal conductivity as a function of temperature are studied.The final identification results show that the proposed method is accurate and robust for identifying the temperature-dependent thermal conductivity.关键词
