橙皮苷的药理作用及增溶技术研究进展
Progress on Pharmacological Effects and Improving Solubility Technologies of Hesperidin
摘要
Abstract
Hesperidin is a flavonoid extracted from the rind of Citrus plants in Rutaceae.It has many phar-macological effects,including antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,regulating gut microbiota,anti-tumor and regulating blood lipids.However,the low solubility of hesperidin in water results in low bioavail-ability and poor absorption in the body,which greatly limits the clinical application of hesperidin.Extensive researches have been conducted by scholars both domestically and internationally,employing novel solubili-zation technologies to enhance its solubility and bioavailability while broadening its clinical applications.This paper introduced the progress of the study on the pharmacological effects of hesperidin and reviewed the research progress on the solubilization technologies of hesperidin,including solid dispersions,microe-mulsion,nanosuspensions,microcapsules,liposomes and inclusion complexes,with a view to providing and reference for the further development and utilisation of hesperidin.关键词
