摘要

Abstract

Metabolomics is a new branch of systematic biology after genomics,transcriptomics and pro-teomics.Metabonomics's unique view of the whole and dynamic view of organism coincides with the holis-tic view of TCM theory,therefore,it can be used as an effective tool for finding disease biomarkers and ex-ploring the complex effect relationship between life system and drugs.A large number of studies have shown that Chinese veterinary drugs have certain inhibitory effects on inflammatory reaction,but the anti-inflammatory mechanism needs further verification.Based on the metabolomics technology,the pharmaco-dynamic mechanism of Chinese veterinary drugs is discussed,and the potential biomarkers and therapeutic mechanisms are studied,more in line with the overall concept of Chinese medicine.This article reviews the practice of metabolomics-based approaches to the anti-inflammatory mechanism of traditional Chinese vet-erinary drugs,and looks forward to the future development of metabolomics.
