犬脾脏横纹肌肉瘤的病理学诊断
Pathological Diagnosis of Canine Splenic Rhabdomyosarcoma
摘要
Abstract
A 10 years old male Yorkshire terrier was diagnosed with increased abdominal circumference and decreased appetite.After clinical examination,hematological examination(routine blood test and blood bio-chemistry test),and imaging examination(DR examination and abdominal ultrasonography),a splenic tumor was suspected,and surgical exploration was performed to remove the whole spleen and the tumor.Gross observation,histopathological examination and immunohistochemical staining of the tumor tissue(primary antibodies used for immunohistochemistry test were:Vimentin,Desmin,Myoglobin,Ki67,CK-pan,CD68,CD31,SMA,and S100)confirmed the diagnosis of the tumor as a rhabdomyosarcoma of the spleen,which was histologically classified as the embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma spindle cell subclass.关键词
