高临界电流密度Ti/Ag复合包套Ba1-x Kx Fe2 As2带材的制备与超导性能
Fabrication and Superconducting Properties of Ti/Ag Composite-Sheathed Ba1-x Kx Fe2 As2 Tapes with High Critical Current Density

Abstract
To advance the fabrication of iron-based superconducting(IBS)wires and tapes through the powder-in-tube(PIT)method,the process simplification,cost reduction and mechani-cal strengthening are critical for scalable fabrication.However,conventional Ag sheath suffers from high cost and low mechanical strength,which severely restricts large-scale applications.An innova-tive solution is proposed using low-cost and high-strength industrial-grade titanium(Ti)to fabricate Ti/Ag composite sheaths.Through a novel strategy of copper-clad wire drawing followed by copper removal and tape rolling,high-performance Ti/Ag-sheathed Ba1-x KxFe2 As2 superconducting tapes with both single-core and 7-core structures were successfully fabricated.Experimental results indi-cate that:(1)The Vickers hardness values of the Ti sheath and the superconducting core in the Ti/Ag composite-sheathed Ba1-x KxFe2 As2 tapes reach approximately 225.4 and 161.4,respectively(single-core).(2)Both single-core and 7-core Ba1-x KxFe2 As2 superconducting tapes exhibit uni-form core structures,with superconducting filling factors of 24.2%(single-core)and 24.7%(7-core),accompanied by texture degrees of 0.57 and 0.53,respectively.The magnetic critical tran-sition temperature(Tc)of both single-core and 7-core tapes is 37.5 K.(3)Under 4.2 K and 10 T,the critical current densities(Jc)reach 4.50×104 A·cm-2(single-core)and 3.10×104 A·cm-2(7-core).These results demonstrate the strong potential of Ti/Ag composite-sheathed Ba1-x KxFe2 As2 tapes for high-field applications as well as scalable production.关键词
