减重代谢手术后患者焦虑抑郁状况及影响因素研究
Anxiety and depression status and influencing factors study in patients after metabolic and bariatric surgery

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status of anxiety and depression in patients after metabolic and bariatric surgery(MBS),and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:Using a cross-sectional survey method,patients who underwent MBS from Jan.2024 to Oct.2024 were selected as the research objects to investigate their postoperative anxiety and depression status,and analyze its influencing factors.Univariate analysis and binary logistic regression were used for analysis.Results:A total of 153 valid questionnaires were collected.There were 44 males(28.8%)and 109 females(71.2%),with a mean age of(31.42±7.62)years.The average pre-operative body weight was(119.41±19.36)kg,and the average preoperative body mass index was(41.73±5.63)kg/m2.A total of 30 patients(19.61%)experienced anxiety or depression.The self-rating anxiety scale score was(37.69±8.52),and the self-rating depression scale score was(43.76±6.97).Preoperative body mass index,marital status,family monthly income per capita,postopera-tive daily activity time,body image states scale score and social support rating scale score were the influencing factors of anxiety and de-pression in patients after MBS.These factors were then included in the binary logistic regression analysis.Higher preoperative body mass index was a risk factor for anxiety and depression in patients after MBS,while higher body image states scale score and higher social support rating scale score were protective factors for anxiety and depression in patients after MBS.Conclusions:The presence of a high-er preoperative body mass index in patients is a risk factor for anxiety and depression after surgery.Higher body image states scale score and higher social support rating scale score after surgery are protective factors for anxiety and depression.Therefore,the weight loss team staff should monitor the mental state of patients in time to promote their overall health.关键词
