Abstract
Objective:To investigate the surgical method and the safety and effectiveness of endoscopic ultrasonography-guided posterior gastric wall-pancreatic pseudocyst anastomosis.Methods:Clinical data of 6 patients with pancreatic pseudocysts treated by endoscopic ultrasonography-guided posterior gastric wall-pancreatic pseudocyst anastomosis from Jan.2022 to Dec.2023 were collected,and operative time,intraoperative blood loss,time to ambulation,pain score,and hospital stay of patients were analyzed.Results:All patients underwent endoscopic ultrasonography-guided posterior gastric wall-pancreatic pseudocyst anastomosis successfully.The median operation time was 62.50(58.75,71.25)min,intraoperative blood loss 17.50(10.00,21.25)mL,time to ambulation 10.00(8.00,10.50)h,24 h postoperative pain score 2.50(2.00,3.00),and postoperative hospital stay 8.0(6.75,9.25)d.Conclusions:Endo-scopic ultrasonography-guided posterior gastric wall-pancreatic pseudocyst anastomosis is a safe and effective surgical method,which has advantages in surgical approach,posterior gastric wall-cyst wall incision,and effective drainage.关键词
