Research and design strategy optimization for quality assessment system of laparoscopic surgical robots

Abstract
Objective:To establish a scientific and systematic quality evaluation system for laparoscopic surgical robots,com-prehensively assess their performance in critical quality characteristics,and accordingly propose design strategy optimization sugges-tions,aiming to enhance the clinical effectiveness and patient safety of surgical robots.Methods:By screening 24 core evaluation indica-tors as assessment elements,relevant data were collected through expert judgment and questionnaire surveys.The weights of each indica-tor were calculated using a combination of analytic hierarchy process,entropy method,and game theory-based combined weighting meth-od,thus establishing a quality evaluation model for surgical robots.Results:Through detailed data statistics and calculations,the weights of each evaluation indicator were determined.The results showed that functionality,safety,and performance efficiency occupied signifi-cant weights among the eight key quality characteristics,particularly mechanical safety,operating range and flexibility,system stability,and operational accuracy,which were evaluated as the most important indicators.Conclusions:The laparoscopic surgical robot quality evaluation system constructed in this study reveals the performance differences of surgical robots in various quality characteristics and proposes specific design strategies based on the evaluation results.These strategies can facilitate subsequent project planning and re-source allocation,to enhance project success rates.关键词
