基于微控制器的便携式原位拉曼光谱仪系统设计
Design of A Portable in-Situ Raman Spectrometer System Based on Microcontroller
摘要
Abstract
In order to meet the needs of miniaturization,portability,high performance and stability of in-situ Raman spectral analysis system,and solve the problem of inconvenient carrying of single,fixed host computer used in chemical testing,environmental measurement and other sites,a master control system of STM32 spectrometer based on ARM(Advanced RISC Machine)architecture is designed according to the project requirements.In this system,STM32F4 microcontroller is taken as the core control unit of the whole system,and control program is written based on STM32 standard library function,so as to manage and control the whole power supply system and each subsystem.Based on the hardware and software of the control system,the functions of intelligent power management,laser drive control,dual upper computer control and spectral data acquisition are completed.The test results show that the inte-gration time of the spectrometer under the coordination of the control system is adjustable from 0 to 65 536 ms,which can meet the needs of the project and has a good Raman spectrum measurement effect.In practical application,the main board of the system can be connected to various types of CCD(Charge-Coupled Device)and applied to differ-ent spectrometers,which has the advantages of stronger universality,lower motherboard cost,smaller volume,stable operation,high circuit integration,strong scalability,and has high application value in the application of Raman spectrometer.关键词
