水溶性纤维素-螺吡喃光致变色高分子材料的制备及性能

Abstract
Spiropyran photochromic materials have become a research hotspot for many scholars due to their fast response ability and intuitive visual color change,and most spirropyran derivatives are easily soluble in solvents and insoluble in water,resulting in limited use.To develop water-soluble spiropyran,this study used silylated spiropyran(SP)and cellulose nanocrystals(CNC)as raw materials to synthesize a water-soluble nanocellulose-spiropyran photochromic polymer mate-rial(CNC-SP)through graft polymerization.CNC-SP and fabrics were tested by UV-Vis spectroscopy,optical microscope,SEM,etc.The results show that CNC-SP is water-soluble and is more compati-ble with conventional polyacrylate and polyurethane emulsion.UV-visible light spectrum and appear-ance results show that when illuminated by the ultraviolet light for 200 s,CNC-SP changes from orange to red.When illuminated by the visible light for 180 s,the color recovery is recovered,with a reversible color change.More importantly,CNC-SP has been found to act as a Pickering stabi-lizer to obtain a stabler photochromic Pickering emulsion.The fabric test results show that the water-soluble CNC-SP can be finished on the cotton fabrics by conventional padding finishing,and the photochromic cotton fabric has good levelness and light fatigue resistance.The photochromic cotton fabrics still has good color changing performance after 20 reversible changes,but the soa-ping fastness needs to be further improved.关键词
