LM@CNT/WPU电阻应变传感纤维的制备及性能
Preparation and properties of LM@CNT/WPU resistive strain sensing fibers

Abstract
In order to reduce the surface tension of gallium-based liquid metal and increase the affinity and stability of bonding with other substrates,gallium-based liquid metal(LM)and carbon nano-tubes(CNT)were used to prepare LM@CNT ink with good affinity as a conductive material,and waterborne polyurethane(WPU)was used as an elastic fiber substrate,and LM@CNT/WPU resis-tive strain sensing fibers were prepared by wet spinning process.The morphology and structure of the fibers were characterized,and their mechanical and tensile strain sensing properties were tested.The results show that the complexation of carboxyl functional group on the surface of CNT with Ga3+of LM effectively improves the surface tension and wettability of LM to the elastic matrix,which can make LM uniformly distributed in the interior and surface of the fiber,and endows the fibers with the characteristics of high sensitivity,fast response,stability,and durability.In terms of mechanical properties,the Young's modulus of the fibers is 21.23 MPa,and the elongation at break is 557%,exhibiting good mechanical properties and elongation.In terms of sensing,the sen-sitivity of the fibers in the range of 0~80% strain GF can reach 2.13.When the strain exceeds 80%,the sensitivity increases to 3.78,and as the strain increases,the sensitivity of the fiber increases.After 1 000 cycles of stretch-recovery test,the conductive sensing fiber shows excellent resistance signal stability,which has great potential in human-computer interaction,human motion monito-ring and other application areas.关键词
