抗紫外吸湿排汗复合功能面料的制备及性能
Preparation and properties of UV resistance and moisture wicking composite functional fabrics

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of limited function of summer clothing fabrics,which can not meet the needs of diversified wearing experiences,nano-zinc oxide dispersion(mass fraction 1%)was used as an anti-UV finishing agent,Texnology®X23(mass fraction 1%)was used as a mois-ture absorbing and sweat wicking finishing agent,and composite finishing of cotton fabrics was then conducted.By optimizing the finishing process,including the ratio of finishing agents and post-treatment,a fabric with excellent moisture wicking and UV resistance properties was success-fully developed.A contact angle measuring device,a liquid moisture management tester,and a UV transmission and protection performance tester were used to evaluate and analyze its moisture wicking and UV resistance properties.The results indicate that the fabric treated with a mixture of nano-zinc oxide and Texnology® X23 has achieved a moisture absorption and quick-drying per-formance of level Ⅱ or above,with a UV protection factor(UPF)of 65.57,which is expected to meet the multifunctional requirements of summer clothing.关键词
