摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of limited function of summer clothing fabrics,which can not meet the needs of diversified wearing experiences,nano-zinc oxide dispersion(mass fraction 1%)was used as an anti-UV finishing agent,Texnology®X23(mass fraction 1%)was used as a mois-ture absorbing and sweat wicking finishing agent,and composite finishing of cotton fabrics was then conducted.By optimizing the finishing process,including the ratio of finishing agents and post-treatment,a fabric with excellent moisture wicking and UV resistance properties was success-fully developed.A contact angle measuring device,a liquid moisture management tester,and a UV transmission and protection performance tester were used to evaluate and analyze its moisture wicking and UV resistance properties.The results indicate that the fabric treated with a mixture of nano-zinc oxide and Texnology® X23 has achieved a moisture absorption and quick-drying per-formance of level Ⅱ or above,with a UV protection factor(UPF)of 65.57,which is expected to meet the multifunctional requirements of summer clothing.
