Abstract
Objective:To investigate the consistency between preoperative diagnosis of gastric cancer in different stages by endoscopic ultrasonography combined with serum hsa_circ_0000437 and surgical pathology.Methods:A total of 150 suspected gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to July 2024 were enrolled.All patients underwent endoscopic biopsy and serum hsa_circ_0000437 testing.Biopsied gastric cancer patients further received endoscopic ultrasound examination and staging,with surgical pathology serving as the gold standard.Results:A total of 102 gastric cancer patients were confirmed by surgical pathology,with 48 non-gastric cancer patients.The positive rate of serum hsa_circ_0000437 was significantly higher in gastric cancer patients compared to non-gastric cancer patients.The accuracy of endoscopic ultrasonography alone for gastric cancer diagnosis was 74.33％,which increased to 81.07％when combined with serum hsa_circ_0000437.The consistency Kappa value between the combined diagnosis and surgical pathology was 0.41.Conclusion:Endoscopic ultrasonography combined with serum hsa_circ_0000437 shows high value in preoperative diagnosis of gastric cancer in different stages and can provide important reference for clinical treatment planning.关键词
