Diagnostic Value of Multislice Spiral CT Three-dimensional Reconstruction Combined with BRAF and MAP2K1 Gene Mutations in Malignant Pulmonary Nodules

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of multislice spiral CT(MSCT)three-dimensional reconstruction combined with BRAF and MAP2K1 gene mutation detection in the diagnosis of malignant pulmonary nodules.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 120 patients with pulmonary nodules(60 malignant and 60 benign)admitted between January 2021 and December 2022.MSCT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction were performed using a 64-slice CT scanner,and BRAF and MAP2K1 gene mutations were detected by using molecular detection techniques.The diagnostic efficacy of MSCT 3D reconstruction combined with BRAF,MAP2K1 gene mutation detection for malignant pulmonary nodules was evaluated using pathological results as the gold standard.Results:The detection rate of MSCT 3D reconstruction was 86.67%for malignant nodules and 21.67%for benign nodules.The detection rates of lobular sign,burr sign,pleural depression sign,and vascular cluster sign in the malignant group were higher than those of patients in the benign group(P<0.05).The mutation rates of BRAF and MAP2K1 in the malignant group were 11.67%and 16.67%,respectively,significantly higher than those in the benign group.The combined diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 96.67%and 85.00%,respectively.Conclusion:The combination of MSCT 3D reconstruction and BRAF/MAP2K1 gene mutation detection significantly improves the sensitivity and specificity of malignant pulmonary nodule diagnosis,demonstrating important clinical utility.关键词
