立德树人与研究生思政教育的协同建设研究

Abstract
Fostering virtue and cultivating people,the fundamental task of education,the Party's educational policies,is not only the essence and mission of education in our country,but also the only direction for educational reform and development.Graduate tutors as the key and primary role in graduate education,not only should they strengthen their own moral and the style of education,but also should integrate this process of strengthening self-cultivation into the process of the ideological and political education of graduate students,so that can achieve the optimal effect of two-way integration and collaborative construction.Therefore,in the construction of there own moral,graduate tutor should understand the connotation and ultimate goal of fostering virtue and cultivating people deeply,combine the construction of teacher's moral and the style of education with the ideological and political education of graduate students closely,teach by their words and behaviors.And teachers should combine the concepts of ideological and political education through scientific researches,courses,personalities,cultures and situations,to construct and set up the two-way cooperative system of ideological and political education.It is the most direct and influential way of ideological and political education for graduate students.This paper deeply discusses the connotation of teacher's moral construction,the necessity of the two-way cooperative construction of the teacher's moral construction and the graduate students'ideological and political education,as well as the way to attain the two-way collaborative construction.We look forward to making active exploration for the implementation of the university's fostering virtue and cultivating people tusk and the realization of the"Three Holistic Education".关键词
