锶、镧、钴元素掺杂对磷灰石-硅灰石生物活性玻璃陶瓷理化性能和细胞相容性的影响
The effect of strontium,lanthanum and cobalt doping on the physicochemical properties and cytocompatibility of apatite-wollastonite bioactive glass ceramics

Abstract
Objective:In this study,Sr,La and Co were introduced into apatite-wollastonite(AW)bioactive glass-ceramic to modify the properties of bone repair materials.Methods:Sr,La and Co were added into AW bioactive glass-ceramic by sol-gel method,respectively.The physical and chemical properties and cell compatibility of the materials were assessed by X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,in vitro degradation experiment,CCK-8 assay and live/dead cell staining experiment.Results:The results showed that incorporation of 1.8 mol%amount of each element into the material yielded no significant differences in terms of the main crystal phase compared with AW.But when the doping amount reaches 7.2 mol%,a new crystal phase(CaSrSiO4,PDF#77-1619)appears in Sr-AW,while the main crystal phase of La-AW changes to LaPO4(PDF#73-0188).The degradation rate of Sr-AW was greatly accelerated when 7.2 mol%Sr were doped to AW.Meanwhile the dissolution rate of Co-AW and La-AW were also accelerated.Cellular experiments showed that the incorporation of 7.2 mol%of Co or La was cytotoxic in vitro,while the Sr-AW still had good cytocompatibility at the same doping concentration.Conclusion:The appropriate concentration of Sr in AW can regulate the degradation rate of materials.High concentration of Co or La doping has a certain cellular toxicity,while the same concentration of Sr-AW has no significant effect on cell viability.关键词
