斑马鱼模型在甲状腺癌研究中的优势、进展与前景OA
Advantages,progress and prospects of the zebrafish model in the research of thyroid cancer
甲状腺癌(Thyroid cancer,TC)是一种常见的内分泌恶性肿瘤,其发病机制复杂,难以用体外模型再现.近年来,斑马鱼模型作为一种新兴的癌症研究工具,因其体积小、胚胎及幼鱼透明、生长周期短等独特优势,在肿瘤研究中的应用越来越广泛.在对TC的研究中,发现斑马鱼可以很好地模拟人类TC的发生和发展过程,可为研究TC的分子机制和寻找新的治疗靶点提供有力依据.本综述简要回顾斑马鱼模型在临床研究中的发展历程和在癌症研究中的优势,并重点介绍斑马鱼模型在TC研究中的成果,最后讨论斑马鱼模型在TC研究上的未来发展方向.
Thyroid cancer(TC)is a common endocrine malignancy with a complex pathogenesis difficult to replicate in vitro models.In recent years,the zebrafish model has emerged as a powerful tool in cancer research,due to its unique advantages such as small size,transparent embryos and larvae,and short growth cycle.Its application in tumor research has become increasingly widespread.In the study of TC,researchers have found that zebrafish can effectively simulate the occurrence and development of human TC,thereby providing a strong basis for investigating the molecular mechanisms of TC and identifying new therapeutic targets.This article briefly reviews the development of zebrafish model in clinical research and their advantages in cancer research,with a focus on the results obtained from the use of zebrafish model in TC studies,and discuss the future direction of zebrafish research in the field of TC.
