Abstract

In order to accelerate the construction of a national unified electricity market system and promote the consumption of new energy,it is necessary to study the system and mechanism to improve the competitiveness of the clean energy market.This paper studies the cooperative trading mechanism of power market,which combines carbon trading and energy right trading.Firstly,an optimization model of two-tier bidding strategy for power generation enterprises is proposed,which takes carbon emission right into account and aims at maximizing the annual generation benefit.Secondly,aiming at the coordination of carbon market,energy market and electricity market,a quantifiable system dynamics model is constructed.Finally,the proposed theory and model are verified by a simulation example.The results show that the carbon emission right purchase and the bidding strategy in the monthly market are affected by the carbon emission penalty price.After the implementation of the carbon emission rights and energy use trading system,the internal energy structure of the system has been significantly optimized,and the proportion of renewable energy generation has increased by about two percentage points in the first year of the implementation of the system and continues to grow steadily.With the in-depth operation of carbon trading and energy trading mechanisms,the overall efficiency of the power market has been improved,and the cost structure of power generation enterprises has undergone positive changes.Among them,the market competitiveness of clean energy power generation enterprises has been significantly enhanced,and the market share has expanded by about 5%.This not only validates the validity of the proposed theory and model but also provides specific reference basis for policy makers.It will help further promote the construction of the national unified electricity market system and the consumption of new energy.
