信管院系数据人才渐进融合式培养与项目式教学改革研究

Abstract
In the era of big data,China's data science education is booming,but the information management departments(IMDs),which are closely related to it,lag behind the fields of Computer,Mathematics and Finance in data talents training.This is caused by the inaccurate positioning and goals of data talent training and unreasonable development ideas in most IMDs.Based on this,this paper attempts to propose development ideas and teaching models that are in line with the training of data talents in IMDs of Chinese universities.On the basis of analyzing the different development ideas in data talent cultivation in current information management departments,the study proposed that the gradual integration development is more in line with the mainstream direction of data talent cultivation in most IMDs.At the same time,taking the teaching reform practice of Department of Information Management at Nanchang University as an example,the progressive integration development of data talents in the department and the process and key points of project-based teaching reform practice are explored.关键词
