磁刺激联合手法与手法联合电刺激治疗女性慢性盆腔痛的疗效比较
Comparison of the effects of magnetic stimulation combined with manual therapy and electrical stimulation combined with manual therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain in women
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of magnetic stimulation combined with manual therapy and manual therapy combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain in women.Methods:A total of 48 female patients with chronic pelvic pain were randomly divided into magnetic stimulation combined with manual therapy group(group A)and manual therapy combined with electrical stimulation group(group B).Both groups were treated with 5 times as a course of treatment,2 times a week.The effective rate of treatment,the relief of subjective symptoms,and the changes in the maximum NRS score of pain mapping before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The marked therapeutic efficacy of group A was was higher than that of group B,with statistical significance(P＜0.05),no significant difference was found in the overall therapeutic efficiency(P＞0.05),and statistically significant differences were observed with respect to the apparent efficacy of therapy(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in subjective symptom relief after treatment(P＞0.05).Both Group A and Group B demonstrated significant reductions in maximum NRS scores after treatment,with statistical significace(P＜0.001),and there was no statistically significant differences in the maximum NRS score of pain mapping between the two groups before and after tretment(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Both magnetic stimulation combined with manual therapy and manual therapy integrated with electrical stimulation therapy demonstrate definitive clinical efficacy in the management of chronic pelvic pain among female patients.关键词
