Robustness Enhancement Method for Power Dispatching Data Network Against Malicious Attacks and Cascading Failures

Abstract
A robust optimization method for malicious attacks and cascading failures is proposed to solve the failure or collapse of power dispatching data network under non extreme conditions such as bad weather,equipment failure,malicious attacks,etc.From the perspective of ex ante optimization,a resistance optimization model for malicious attacks is constructed,a network topology optimization algorithm based on the idea of increasing edges is proposed,and an attack resistance enhancement scheme is obtained with a heuristic strategy using the principle of connectivity.Meanwhile,a cascade failure recovery model based on node load is constructed in the cascade failure scenario,a fault propagation model for load redistribution is studied,and a node topology importance-based integrated greedy search recovery algorithm based on integrated node topological importance is proposed to achieve network connectivity recovery after cascade failure.Experiments are conducted based on the Barabási-Albert(BA)network and a regional power dispatch data network to validate the effectiveness of the proposed topology optimization algorithm and recovery strategies.The results demonstrate that after adding 1%of edges,the BA network exhibits a 12.9%increase in resilience against degree-based attacks and a 6.7%increase against generalized network dismantling(GND)attacks.In the cascading failure scenarios,compared with the node-betweenness-based recovery strategy,the proposed node-importance-based recovery strategy can restore network connectivity more effectively under the condition of recovering the same number of nodes.关键词
