可调式体位架在脊柱手术中的应用疗效分析OA

Objective:To explore the application effect of adjustable posture frame in spinal surgery.Methods:A total of 160 patients who underwent prone spine surgery in The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January 1,2022 to August 30,2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 80 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group used adjustable position frames during surgery,while patients in the control group used traditional position frames.The surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,positioning time,incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results:The surgical time and positioning time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the intraoperative blood loss was comparable to that of the control group(P＞0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of adjustable position frames in spinal surgery can effectively shorten the operation time and position placement time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.It has good therapeutic effects.
