Abstract
Objective:To establish an evaluation index system for risk factors of cleaning,packaging and sterilization quality of loaner instruments in the hospital central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods:Using the methods of literature review,semi-structured interviews,and brainstorming,the quality risk assessment system for the cleaning,packaging,and sterilization of externally supplied medical devices was preliminarily formulated.And conduct an expert letter inquiry on the established evaluation index system of the quality risk factors for the cleaning,packaging,and sterilization of foreign-owned medical devices.After multiple rounds of discussion and revision,the final version of the evaluation index system was formed,and the weights of all levels of indicators were calculated accurately by the method of analytic hierarchy process.Results:Five first-level indicators and 45 second-level indicators were established.Application of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weights of each indicator:⑴ Person 0.274,with 6 secondary indicators;(2)Method 0.361,with 23 secondary indicators;(3)Equipment 0.110,with 7 secondary indicators;(4)Material 0.046,with 6 secondary indicators;(5)Instrument 0.209,with 3 secondary indicators.Conclusion:The construction of an evaluation index system for risk factors in the cleaning,packaging,and sterilization quality of loaner instruments will provide a reference for identifying and preventing hospital-acquired infection risks related to CSSD loaner instruments,enhancing quality management.关键词
